These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mega63 ("mega63", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the mega63 website located at mega63.app and all associated services, including but not limited to the online casino, live dealer games, sportsbook, slots, and lottery products (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the mega63 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a Player's Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

Use of the mega63 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

mega63 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility (including government-issued photo identification and proof of address) at any time and to suspend or close Accounts pending receipt of such documentation.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the mega63 platform. Multi-accounting — the registration of more than one Account by the same individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds held therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account information if it changes. mega63 accepts no liability for delays, losses, or service interruptions arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mega63 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. 5. Deposits & Payments

mega63 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks), and USDT. All deposits are processed in MYR. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the relevant payment page and are subject to change. mega63 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. Deposits made via third-party accounts not registered in your own name are not permitted and may be reversed.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed following successful completion of KYC verification, which requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. mega63 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding applicable thresholds. Standard e-wallet withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. mega63 does not impose minimum withdrawal amounts beyond those required by the payment provider.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on mega63 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of availability. General conditions applicable to all bonus offers include:

• Only one active bonus may be held per Account at any time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unfulfilled bonuses expire automatically at the end of the qualifying period.
• mega63 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings in cases of suspected abuse, including multi-accounting, bet hedging across accounts, or exploitation of promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

8. Game Rules & Fairness

All casino and slot games available on mega63 are supplied by internationally licenced game studios and are subject to independent RNG certification. Live dealer games are dealt using physical cards and dice in purpose-built studios operating under gaming authority oversight. Results of all games are final once confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, mega63 will void the affected round and return wagers to the affected Account. mega63 accepts no liability for internet connectivity interruptions on the Player's side that affect game participation.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mega63 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of Balance:

• Use of automated betting scripts, bots, or any software that interfaces with the platform without human interaction.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing mistakes in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Depositing, transferring, or wagering funds that are proceeds of criminal activity ("money laundering").
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by mega63.
• Accessing the Services from a Prohibited Jurisdiction via VPN or other circumvention tools.
• Any conduct that mega63 reasonably determines to constitute fraud, deception, or abuse of the platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

mega63 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All Account holders have access to deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion tools via account settings. Players wishing to temporarily or permanently self-exclude from the mega63 platform may do so by contacting support or using the self-exclusion option in account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the mega63 platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, text, and software, is the intellectual property of mega63 or its licenced content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of mega63 is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mega63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gameplay. mega63's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant event. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by mega63's gross negligence.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mega63 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Players are responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction and comply with applicable local laws.

14. Amendments

mega63 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, registered Account holders will be notified via the email address on file no fewer than 7 days before the amendments take effect. Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections and clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
